This is the best butter in the world. Big statement. I’ll qualify that. This is the best butter in my world. I’ve yet to have better butter. But stay tuned. I have some farms to explore next year and maybe I’ll find better butter but for now, this is the best butter I’ve ever tasted. It has surreal intensity concentration and depth of flavor. It’s so good, I often find myself eating it with a spoon. I’ve made a peanut butter and butter sandwich. I’ve made butter avocado toast. I’ve made a butter and butter sandwich. This butter makes everything taste better, even butter. This is the extra salty version. Over the top intensity of flavor.
