Not considered a great vintage at the time, this wine has evolved into a complex aged wine with beautiful secondary characteristics, while maintaining it structure and acid balance. Truffles, chocolate, earth, allspice, dark chocolate, cedar, and black fruits.
The cepage is 40% Shiraz, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and and 27% Merlot.
Note: Please take care when removing the cork. These are aged wines. As with any aged wine, use the correct tool when opening and decant when possible.
